We believe you'll find Peace in Christ to be a warm, caring congregation of God's people committed to biblical, Christ-centered worship and ministry. We know going to a new church for the first time can be intimidating. We want to help make your first experience at Peace in Christ Lutheran Church a great one!

We are an active, growing congregation of The Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod. We believe in the Lordship of Jesus Christ and the authority of Scripture. We teach that our salvation comes from the grace of God alone, faith in Jesus alone, according to scripture alone.

What can I expect?

A Peace in Christ church service is about 60 minutes in length.  As the services start, we have greeters and ushers at the entrance to the sanctuary to greet you, hand out a bulletin, and help you find a seat.

We celebrate Holy Communion on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the
month.  All confirmed members of our church and synod are welcome at the Lord's Table.  Visitors are asked to kindly speak with a pastor before communing.  The ushers will direct you to the communion rail.  Children are welcome to accompany you to receive a blessing. Adult instruction classes are available during the year for anyone interested in learning the beliefs and practices of our church.

What’s the culture like at Peace in Christ?

Sunday’s at Peace in Christ are exciting, busy, and Christ-filled. Whether you come in a suit, blue jeans, or something in between you can expect to feel welcomed as our guest.

What about my kids?

WE LOVE KIDS! Our congregation is excited to have many young families. You may hear some "kid noise" during the service, but we like to think of it as the sound of our faith being passed on to the next generation. There is a cry room available in the back of the sanctuary if your little ones need it. We include a children's message at every Sunday service. If you have children, please encourage them to come up front during this portion of the service. If they are a little shy, feel free to come up and sit beside them, after all, we are all God’s children.
