7th and 8th Grade Updates:

Jr. High Bible Study with Mr. Borndal will begin Sunday, September 15th at 9:30a
Confirmation classes begin Wednesday, September 18th at 6p.

High School Happenings:

Sr. High Bible Study with Taylor will begin Sunday, September 15th at 9:30a

Youth Group begins Wednesday, September 18th at 7pm.

Youth Confirmation 

CONFIRMATION ORIENTATION for our new confirmands will be September 11, 2023, with regular confirmation classes beginning the following Wednesday, September 18 at 6pm.

Confirmation classes at Peace In Christ involve 7th and 8th grade students in a two-year curriculum. Year one takes students through an in-depth study of Luther’s Small Catechism. Year two features practical lessons dealing with topics such as creationism, the history of Lutherans in America, the origins of the Bible, Islam, abortion, stewardship, Jehovah’s Witnesses, God’s gift of sexuality, and Mormonism. Weekly Confirmation classes are offered from September through April at 6:00p held on Wednesdays. Confirmation Sunday is on Reformation usually the last Sunday in October.
